Our total price is presented before the customer completes payment and includes the applicable rail fare and our disclosed booking/service fee. After payment, we arrange the requested train reservation on the customer's behalf.

        Payment Disclosure: Customers pay TrainReservation.shop directly. We do not represent ourselves as Amtrak. After payment is completed on our website, our team uses our company's payment method to purchase the requested reservation directly through Amtrak, and Amtrak issues the actual rail ticket/reservation.
      

Pricing Breakdown & Transparency

Before completing payment on TrainReservation.shop, customers are presented with a transparent summary of all charges:

Base Rail Fare: The amount charged by the underlying rail operator (e.g., Amtrak) for the selected itinerary, seat category, or sleeper accommodation.
Booking / Service Fee: The fee charged by TrainReservation.shop to cover our independent itinerary research, manual booking assistance, customer support, and reservation management.
Total Charged: The final combined price charged to the customer's payment method.

We do not advertise fares that are materially lower than the total amount required without clearly explaining the service fee before payment.
