These terms and conditions govern your use of our travel planning and independent booking assistance services. By submitting inquiries, requesting quotes, or executing reservations through TrainReservation.shop, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Independent Booking Assistance Services

TrainReservation.shop is an independent booking service operated by Peace Travel and Tour Ltd (UK Company Number: 08491114, IATA Accredited Agency: 91201390, ATOL Number: 11434). Peace Travel and Tour Ltd holds ATOL number 11434. ATOL protection applies only to qualifying arrangements covered by the applicable ATOL rules.

We act as an independent service provider and are not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Amtrak. We do not represent ourselves as Amtrak.

2. Business Model & Payment Structure

Our business operates as follows:

• Peace Travel and Tour Ltd operates the booking service.
• TrainReservation.shop is an independent booking service. We are not Amtrak and do not represent ourselves as Amtrak.
• Customers pay Peace Travel and Tour Ltd / TrainReservation.shop for the requested booking service.
• Our service fees and total amounts payable are clearly disclosed before payment.
• We arrange reservations on the customer's behalf using our company payment method through Amtrak.com.
• Amtrak is the rail operator and issues the applicable Amtrak ticket and reservation confirmation.
• Applicable rail operator rules apply to all train transportation.
• Cancellation and refund rules are clearly explained before payment.

3. Direct Booking Option

Travelers may also choose to book train tickets directly from transport operators (e.g., Amtrak.com or 1-800-USA-RAIL) without paying independent agency service fees.

4. Transport Contracts & Carrier Rules

Your contract for passenger rail transport is always made directly with the operating rail carrier (e.g., Amtrak) and is subject to the carrier's standard operating rules, terms of carriage, and delay/disruption rules.

5. Unavailable Reservations

If a requested reservation or fare class becomes unavailable prior to fulfillment, our support team will contact you to offer an alternative travel option or issue a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Delivery of Booking Confirmations

Upon successful ticket issuance by Amtrak, we deliver your booking confirmation and electronic ticket information to the email address provided during checkout.
