4. How Bookings Are Handled

Upon receiving payment from a customer, our team uses our company payment method to purchase the requested reservation through Amtrak.com. The rail operator (Amtrak) issues the underlying rail ticket/reservation, which we then deliver to the customer.

5. Schedule Accuracy & Carrier Rules

Train schedules, fares, and seat availabilities are controlled by the underlying rail operators and are subject to change. Transport contracts remain directly between the passenger and the operating carrier under the carrier's standard conditions of carriage.
